"I was very impressed from the start with the details included on the estimate. There was a complete breakdown of the parts needed for the job including pricing for major parts and kits required. Damon always listened to any questions with complete answers and solutions. A&D is also now a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor. I already have the Warranty from Mitsubishi via email and hard copy by USPS. I’m already passing on recommendations to others looking for these ductless systems. I am already looking forward to not having to deal with my window air conditioner. Shortly I’ll be removing it for the last time. Great Job A&D"
